Jennifer Lopez works really hard on her body we know that but now we have learnt that she works out ever time before she goes on stage.
JLO's UK opening act, Stooshe, have said the following about Jennifer:
"I love her. We were standing on the side of the stage the other day watching her and she's amazing. So inspirational. She works out just before she goes on stage for an hour in her hair and make-up and outfit. Then she literally just floats on stage. It's crazy."
But when you have got thousands of people looking at you on stage you want you're body to be the best it can be.
