Mariah Carey told her fans the date that her new album will be released a few weeks ago but now she has been forced to change the date as it's not ready yet!
The singer has told her fans on Twitter that the album was set to release The Art of Letting Go on July 23rd, but now been delayed until she feels 'ready'.
The singer tweeted"
While making this album, I got so immersed in the creative process that I just don't feel I would be doing it justice to release it on 7/23.
