Amanda Bynes announces everything she is doing to the world of Twitter but now she is having her nose job filmed and going to tweet the video!
The actress has tweeted to say that her nose is going under the knife today and fans will be able to watch the video soon.
As you may know Amanda has said that she is not taking anymore self photos until she has gone under the knife as she really dosent like her nose.
This is what she tweeted on this morning:
I'm having surgery today on my nose! I'm going to post a video of some of the procedure on my twitter!

She already tells her over million Twitter followers too much and now video an operation and tweeting it is over the top!
